Lincoln Foodservice Products, a brand of Welbilt, produces conveyor impingement ovens that have been a staple in fast-moving commercial kitchens since 1982. These ovens use precisely directed jets of hot air to cook food quicker and more evenly. Impingement baking depends heavily on precise heat control, airflow distribution, and moving mechanical drives, so every part that operates in this system has to maintain the level of balance and precision that the manufacturer designed into it. If you're experiencing issues with your Lincoln restaurant equipment, our selection is your go-to source for replacement parts that solve these oven problems and more:

  • Conveyor belt won't move. If the belt has stopped entirely, but the drive signal remains intact, the motor or its mechanical drive connection may need inspection. A blown fuse on the belt circuit is also a possible cause for the belt to stop moving.
  • A belt that's moving but slipping, skipping, or running unevenly can be the result of a worn conveyor drive chain, a damaged drive sprocket or drive coupling, or a conveyor bearing that's given out after extended use.
  • Unevenly baked food. Burning on one side and undercooking in the middle often stems from airflow problems, and the solution may be as simple as cleaning the finger plates that become clogged with grease and debris and ensuring they're installed and positioned properly. If removing obstructions doesn't work, a blower motor, fan components, or related controls may need inspection.
  • Oven won't reach its set temperature. On electric models, a technician may need to check the heating elements, contactors, or associated electrical controls. Gas ovens have a different set of component failures responsible for this, including burners, ignition controls, igniters and gas valves.
  • Fan won't run. A fan relay and switch could be the culprit. Next, it's worth checking power supply, fuses, and safety controls. If those test fine, the fan motor itself may need replacing.

Whatever components the technician has diagnosed as defective, AllPoints helps you find the Lincoln commercial oven parts your kitchen depends on. Search by model or part number, or contact our team for assistance with the compatible replacement.
