In order to properly credit your payments, please indicate:
- your customer number
- the invoice number(s) and credit memo(s)
Any adjustment(s) should be fully explained and documented.
We extend credit as a matter of convenience in return for payments with our Payment Terms.
Credit may be established, according to AllPoints' terms, provided our credit application is properly completed and approved. For your convenience, a credit application is provided for download. Until credit is established, all shipments are billed to Credit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express) or shipped COD.
The service charge per NSF check is $50.00.
OEM part numbers
Original equipment manufacturer (OEM) part numbers are given as a reference tool only. No inference or implication, beyond that of a useful reference tool, should be taken nor is intended. The products contained in this catalog are selected by AllPoints as replacement parts for the identified original equipment. These replacement parts are not authorized, sponsored or endorsed by the OEM. All OEM names mentioned in this website are registered trademarks.
At AllPoints we want you to have the confidence to try our non-OEM Replacement Parts. For stocked parts, we will gladly accept returns for 90 days from the invoice date with no restocking fee. Older purchases are still returnable but if you bought them more than 90 days ago and less than 6 months ago they will be subject to a 25% restocking fee. We're sorry but we cannot accept returns on purchases made more than 6 months ago.
OEM Replacement Parts are subject to the OEM's return policy. We will let you know what that is before issuing an RMA#. If we can return it, we will let you return it. If there's a restocking fee the return will be subject to that fee.
Pursuant to state and federal regulations, some chemicals are not returnable. If you would like to return any chemical, you will need to check with us first. If the chemical is returnable, we will issue an RMA# and mail you a "limited quantity label" that must be affixed to the box before giving it to UPS.
Any item that we have made custom for you cannot be returned or cancelled. These include items such as custom gaskets and shelving.
All we ask is that the parts are new, unused, and in a saleable condition. Please be sure to contact us first for an RMA# and write that number on the outside of the shipping box. You will need to pay for the return shipping.
Requesting an RMA does two things:
- Ensures there are no surprises when the items arrive at our warehouse and you receive the credit you are expecting
- Enables us to process your return faster
Shortages and damages
Short shipments and damaged parts (not damaged during transit) should be reported to AllPoints within 5 business days of package receipt. After this time period, AllPoints cannot be responsible.
In the event of damage during transit you are responsible for notifying the carrier immediately and file all appropriate claim forms with the carrier, as per their requirements.
Warranty and liability
Each item carries the full warranty of the manufacturer. Any liability claim will be limited to the purchase price. Shipping and/or labor charges are not covered. AllPoints assumes no obligation on the part of any manufacturer except to process warranty claims to the manufacturer on behalf of our customers. Individual manufacturer's warranty policies will be provided upon request.
Commercial Use: No warranty is offered to consumers, as defined in the Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act. All items sold are intended for resale, business use, or equipment manufacture and warranted against defects in workmanship or materials only to the extent of the warranty supplied by the manufacturer.
