The Comark K Type Grill Probe (SK40M) is a weighted griddle surface probe that comes with a Type K thermocouple sensor to test the temperature of your kitchen's foods for safety. This griddle probe can sense temperatures of up to 500 degrees Fahrenheit, and it comes outfitted with a two-pin, sub-miniature connector so it can easily connect to your thermometer. The Comark - SK40M - K Type Grill Probe has a 39-inch lead made of stainless steel that is remarkably durable and allows staff to test food temperatures safely.
