Description

The Waring WDG250 Dual Surface Panini Grill is a great addition to the back line of any sandwich shop or bustling restaurant. The even heat distribution over both the ribbed top and smooth bottom plates create the perfect cooking environment for that classic grilled look and taste on anything from sandwiches and hamburgers to chicken, vegetables, and much more! A larger-than-normal cooking surface means more space for product and a higher output for you and your team. The hinged auto-balancing top plate lets you fit in foods of up to 3” thick, while the adjustable thermostat gives you control of up to 570°F so you can grill customer favorites to perfection. “Power” and “ready” indicator lights let you know when the grill is ready, and your culinary creativity will let you know when your creations are set to serve.
