This refrigerated table has room at the top for 18 pans of various ingredients and condiments contained under a stainless steel lid to keep the food shielded and refrigerated when not in use. The body of this unit has two adjustable wire racks on the inside for storing larger items. In front of the pan storage area is a half inch thick, 9 1/2 deep polyurethane counter for making the sandwiches.
