Description

The Star - 748TA - Ultra-Max® 48 inch Electric Griddle is an NSF-certified product with snap-action thermostat controls every 12 inches. This design choice allows users of the 748TA to adjust the temperature from 150 - 450 degrees Fahrenheit as needed. For added safety, the bull-nose front stays cool, which helps prevent cooks in your commercial kitchen from getting burned. Also, the Star Manufacturing Ultra-Max® 48 inch Electric Griddle (748TA) has a splash guard and grease trap, both of which make clean up easier to manage.
