The Pitco - SSH55TRSSTC - Solstice Supreme High Production Twin 25 lb Gas Fryer features two separate frying wells, both capable of containing up to 25 pounds of oil. This model has the patented Solstice burner technology heating the oil, which operates more efficiently than many other fryers and does not require a blower or ceramic components. To improve safety within the kitchen, the Pitco Solstice Supreme High Production Twin 25 lb Gas Fryer (SSH55TRSSTC) has a high temperature cutoff switch. The SSH55TRSSTC is NSF and CE listed, as well as ENERGY STAR® qualified and CSA certified.
