The thermostat of the Globe - GEG24 - 24 inch Medium Duty Electric Countertop Griddle maintains a single consistent temperature from 150 to 480 degrees Fahrenheit (65,6 to 248.9 degrees Celsius), so you don't need to worry about later batches of pancakes or bacon burning as the surface heats up. The griddle is constructed from durable, easy-to-clean stainless steel with a removable catch tray and a cool-to-touch front end.
