Description

The Edlund 401 electric knife sharpener will give you a perfect edge every time. The newly engineered knife guide allows the knife heel to be inserted closer to the stone than previous models to maximize sharpening area. The motor is pressure sensitive meaning that it will shut down when too much pressure is applied to prevent burn and excess wear. You can sharpen a variety of knives with this sharpener, from a 3/16 inch blade to cleavers and scalloped edge bread knives. The grinding wheel assembly can be easily replaced and the knife guides pop out for cleaning and sanitation purposes. Other standard features include a lighted rocker switch that indicates when the motor is running and rubber feet for a scratch free countertop.
