Made out of durable polycarbonate, this drain shelf is made with durability and functionality in mind. Just place it in the bottom of the appropriately sized food pan and you're ready to roll. It will provide a perforated base through which moisture and other liquids can flow and rest safely at the bottom while elevating the food above so that the pieces on the bottom aren't soaking as the box sits.
