Equipped with dual black Fibrox handles that are slip-resistant when wet this 14 inch knife is an excellent way to make initial cuts into a large block of cheese. Stamped construction provides a lighter, thinner blade. With two handles, you’ll be able to put more force into your cut than you would with a one handled knife. The unique design allows you to put your body weight into the cutting process, giving you more torque than you could get with a standard wire cheese cutter. Excellent for hard, dense, and otherwise difficult cheeses.
