Last year's Tech of the Month program was a huge success, so we're relaunching the initiative to feature even MORE service technicians!
From now until December 2023, we will highlight three service techs each month who go above and beyond to keep America's restaurants afloat. Simply nominate your favorite tech (or techs!), and winners will be selected via random drawing.

The personal touch
Great techs connect with customers, providing exceptional service and communicating effectively. They use simple language–not technical jargon–and make sure to answer all customer questions.
Safety first
Safety should always be a top priority. Top technicians should always be aware of and adapt to their surroundings, taking all appropriate safety measures to avoid accidents and prevent injury and damage.
Subject-area expertise
The best techs have all necessary formal credentials, extensive knowledge of technical and mechanical information, and the ability to perform repairs, assembly, and maintenance well.
Time management
With multiple service calls scheduled throughout the day, standout techs establish and follow best practices to move quickly and efficiently, staying on schedule and minimizing customer wait time.
Continuing education
In addition to keeping required licenses and certifications for their specific field of work current, the best service technicians are motived to continue their education, actively seeking ongoing training.
Attention to detail
Recognition-worthy techs don't take shortcuts. They get the job done right the first time, using the right tools and materials and giving each task the time and attention it requires.
Tech of the Month winners and nominators will be contacted via email by the last day of the month following each submission period. Winners will be required to submit a photo and a quote for AllPoints to share on social media channels. See our contest Terms and Conditions for more information.
